Need your opinion/recommendations on two ideas: Do they fit a need?

Both of these ideas are based off needs that I discovered:

1. Whenever women go out in high heels, they usually experience foot pain after a while. So what happens is that they either walk barefoot, put on flats, or they go home early. So what I want to do is offer portable/foldable shoes via vending machines in areas where it's likely that women will experience foot pain (clubs, bars, airports). I have a finished business plan and a potential investor. However, I started thinking that offering them in a vending machine may be a disadvantage because of the high start-up cost and upkeep. So my thoughts are offering them exclusively in e-commerce.
