Never heard of this type of business before

There is a company in Greensboro, NC that acts as a designated driving service... that drives the customer's car home for them. The person calls the service from the bar, a two person team goes out to the bar, one of the workers drives the person's car home with them in it, and the other follows in the company car to pick them up and go on to the next one. I know there were many times when I went out to a bar during college, drank more than what would be safe to drive with and had to take a taxi home, with that uneasy feeling of leaving my car parked downtown overnight. This is definitely the type of business that is of value to many people. To add to the income for this in something such as a college town where students all want to go back to campus from the bar, if you have the 'follow car' be a taxi itself to drive even more students back, while the second worker drives another person's car home.

Has anybody else ever seen this type of business near them? Also, what are your thoughts on it?
