What opportunities do you see here?
I saw in the news the other day a report about the current levels of occupancy for retail space and apartment buildings, and the idea presented by the reporter was that owners are hurting and many "ghost-town" areas are being created by this.
What are you AZ locals seeing from the perspective of vacancy levels, businesses closing, rents dropping, restaurants losing revenue, etc?
Are you seeing RE sale and rent prices drop as more properties are available?
Is this, in general, a buyers market right now? --I am talking not only about RE, but also a buying opportunity for businesses and companies too.
