Seen this bad boys around in any neighborhoods?
Of course you have. They're all over the place.
Brilliant parents have decided that this isn't just a warning that the kids playing in their front yard may run out into the street without looking like a freaking idiot, but that the area between the TWO of these signs is a designated playground. Don't believe me, drive into a neighborhood, look for one of these bad boys, and be prepared for the death glare of the century. It's as if they expect cars not to use their designated playground anymore.
But wait :eusa_naughty:! There's more.
What I propose is a series of signs to put up on the opposite side of the road. Signs that inform the parents about how bad a job they are doing.
Some of the signs could say:
"Warning: Bad Parenting For Next 50 Feet"
"ROAD CLOSED: Designated Playground"
"The Road Is Not A Playground"
"You Are The Dumbest Parent Alive"
Seeing as these signs probably anger 5x the amount of people who purchase them, I hypothesize that I will make roughly 5x the amount of sales on these retaliation sign bad boys.
As for the story... of how I came to know this need...
There is a family that lives around a blind corner in a local neighborhood of mine. Around this blind corner with a high, bushy road median blocking the view, is where these parents choose to let their children play. The speed limit is 20 mph, but you wouldn't stand a chance stopping when you realize one of these little guys is drawing Barney flat on the ground into on coming traffic. Being a local, you know to go slow around that corner because it's not the kids fault, it's the parents, but even when you come around the corner at 5 mph and come to a complete stop 20 feet in front of their kid, the parent runs into the street with their hand out yelling for you to stop and a continuing glare on their face as they wave their hands up and down telling you to slow down. I'd really love to ask her if we can reroute the road through their backyard because that's one place we know their kids never play.
Whewwwwww! What a rant! haha hope someone got a good laugh.
