I have an idea for a new business but feel uncertain if it will work and if it is viable. I do not want to invest a lot of time and money and find out it does not work.
The idea is the following. To create an app where people that wants a ride can be matched up with people want a ride. So one can put in the app that you want to travel from point A to point B. Anyone travelling that road, way, destination will be matched and get a notification that there is someone wanting a ride and if the want to pick them up to drive with. It is like digital hitch hiking. Passengers and drivers will be ,arched to each other. Has this been done? Can it work? How would I test it?
