Hey everyone -
My name is John, and I actually read the book quite some time ago, but just never joined the forums. I'm the CEO of Direct Outbound, we're a call center and fulfillment center headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina. We've grown from 0 to 200 employees in 4 years, so it's been a crazy time for us.
I went to Clemson University and graduated with a degree in Physics and a minor in Computer Science - ended up working on a Ph.D in physics at Florida State, but funding cuts led to me coming back and starting the business.
