Hi everyone. I'm new here. My wife and I already have a business but it isn't profitable enough just yet for me to leave my secure, comfy, salaried position where I'm at. Fortunately, it pays enough to keep us afloat while we develop our business. We've found two investors whose money will allow us to expand our business in order to be profitable enough so that I can leave my job by September. However, it's been a good year where I work so I may stay there until December. If I do, I'll bonus 25% of my salary.
Right now, our business is profitable, but not to the point that we can draw an income. We pay our employees, but not ourselves just yet. Everything we can draw is invested back into our business. Once I leave my job, I'll start working on other business ideas and ventures more intensely.
I'm here to learn. I'll be reading more than asking questions. I can't work my a$$ off to make anyone wealthy much longer.
