First of all i want to present myself to the forum.
My name is Antonio, i am from Portugal. In the last 7 years i have lived in 5+ cities around the world, with a minimum time of 6 months! Also i have taken a business degree and master in business and marketing and have worked in the launch of new products.
From this time i have faced the challenges of meeting and making new friends and how things work.
I have seen that meetup is the best thing for this, in terms of services. Making new friends is a big market and having paying for one is a business Rent a Friend To Meet New People And Find Platonic Companionship Companion Caregiver Respite and growing, which is a little sad.
I want to create a service that will resolve this problem.
The service is based on the latest psychology, social and networking research that exist.
So a person that wants to create a new group of friends simply enter the site, complete all the information and starts to follow steps....
... people are presented and activities.... lets say that the result is a group of 4-5 solid friends!!! A social circle...
For example lets say you want to go party... and you dont have no friends... you join this site... and after some time a group is made....
Of course the answer is in the details.
I am looking for partners to launch this service in the market!!!
I need programmers and webdesigners!!!
First of all even if this project doesnt make money is a real necessity... i would even make this as an open source project....
The good thing is that people wont have to pay... money will come through other services for this service...
... i really believe this can be the next meetup.com.....
Anyway... if you can help me, are interested, need more information.... or know someone who may be interested or can help me... please say so....
