I just joined a few days ago, but have been reading the forum off and on for a week weeks. This is exactly the type of forum I have been looking for and I am very excited to be involved. Seems like a great group of like-minded individuals with lots of experience, knowledge and drive.
I'm 21 with one more semester of College left, work at a real estate development firm and plan on continuing with development when I graduate. For years I had no idea what I wanted to do, but now that I have found my "definitive major purpose" (Napolean Hill quote), I feel free already. It doesn't hurt that I love my job and the people I work with either.
Short-term goal: Put together and execute one, $10,000,000-$12,000,000 deal within 2 years of May 2008.
