Hey Everybody,
This is my first business forum that I have joined and I am pretty excited for it after reading MJ's book. I am a former online professional poker player but my livelyhood is on hold for the time being. I was approached about 6-8 months ago to become a francisee for a new and will be opening several of the first locations for the franchise within the next month or two. I am new to a lot of business concepts but have been using my new found free time to read and learn as much as possible that will help me to succeed. I just finished reading MJ's book and it has really impacted the way I am approaching franchising. I am a psychology major at the University of Northern Iowa as well and hope to apply some of the concepts I have learned to my approach to the marketing aspect of the franchise.
