New to the forum:Out of college and need to be extraordinary

So here I am, i just finished college 3 months back with not so great grades and sitting for my CPA exam (which Im forced to do). I wanna get out of the mediocrity that I have been fed in by friends and family. Bit about myself, I was born into a family of slowlaners and I was given the slowlane option by everyone, ie my friends and family and my surroundings. There was no one who was traveling the fast lane. My parents always tell me "if u wanna live the life u want then u gotta go to school, get good grades, study as much as u can, get a job in a reputed firm, gather experience, n then u will reap ur benefits someday (before u die)". My parents are still driving on the slowlane even today and they want me to take that path. I have always dreamt big and always wanted to think beyond what I have today. I dream of the Ferrari, the house in Malibu and the owner of a successful company at a young age. Whenever I present my dreams to my parents their answer will be this "All that is possible if u take the slowlane road and you'll get there, there's no other way. Or u need to have luck". As a kid I have seen my parents struggle to make ends meet, ie living in a 1 room apartment, driving second hand or budget cars, barely going out for dinners and so on. A frugal life, which became better when they are about to retire (Only last year they purchased their dream car and dream house) after a whopping 30-35 years of work. It was when I reached my teenage years that I realized that there is something beyond that. I also did several internships where I was to work 8-9 hours a day along with the other slowlaners. That was when I realized that if I follow what my parents tell me this is what I'm gonna end up with. My parents ultimately helped their employers buy their Porsche's and Ferraris and so on. I am now researching on how can I add value to the society, how can I solve any potential problems that arise in certain industries. I have made the choice of not following my slowlane family and I also have to prove it to them that it is possible. I joined this forum because I wanna be interacting with like minded ppl and ppl who r on the fastlane. I am reading millionaire fastlane everyday because thats what gives me motivation and now here I am on a forum with several fastlaners. My parents and family dont have high hopes on me becoz I havent had great grades, I have failed couple of exams here n there and so on. But that doesnt stop me from dreaming the life. I have made the choice of not taking the slowlane and the action I am taking right now is identifying problems or finding solutions or finding any way to add value as MJ said. I just want to know how are the ways I can identify these or find ways to create value?
