Hi my name is Jerry and I am from Northern Kentucky. I am currently reading the Fastlane and then will move onto unscripted . I love the book so far and it is so different than all of the finance or business books I have read. I currently have most of my money in an index fund through Vanguard and put 50 dollars in it a week. I also put in extra when it went down with covid, but I know I need to change this if I want to make an impact on the world or my community. I have started a few shopify stores but are not currently working out. I also invest in single stocks. I want to be able to be in a position where I can wake up and just spend time with my 3 girls. I also would like to make an impact on peoples finances. I want to be able to help the homeless and lest fortunate. I grew up in a great family and they did everything for me. Paid for My college and first car. I am grateful for all of it, but to be honest it can be a crutch as well. I know I need to finish both books and learn a lot more, but any advice for a newcomer would be very much appreciated. thanks
