Hi,
I'm Adam. A 36yr old guy from the UK. I'm currently listening to the Millionaire Fastlane on Audible and find it to be refreshingly good advice which pulls no punches. I love M J De marco's sense of humour. I've tried with a couple of buisness ideas which have failed.
1st: A dropshipping home decor website, even designed a cool neon sign for plant growers, it has ended up on my sisters wall and still looks neat haha.
2nd: this one is kind of ongoing but it is an NFT project called digifish which are 10k cartoon guppies I generated using coding. You can find out more on digifish.space or https://nft.onxrp.com/collection/digifish/ the project has not really taken off and eats up a lot of time! i'm thinking the problem is that the barrier to entry for NFT projects is increasingly low meaning new projects proliferate by the day effectively diluting the market. I thought it was hard to get 10K generative images but looking at the amount of new projects on the block, apparantly not! A hard thing for me to know with this particular project is when to give up...when it has been a year with no real profit and 100s of hours I guess it is time to call it a day.
My thoughts going forward:
I need to get better at coding and web design
Think of a better way to solve peoples problems/market need
I need to be the marketplace rather than rely on so many 3rd party players.
I need to leave the UK and live in the Canary Islands
I'm excited to get to know some of you over the coming months.
