If an idea meets all the commandments baring control, what are people's opinion on pursing?

This is due to it being to do with social media, there is nothing out there like what my service would offer at the moment, Alls it would take for the terms of use to change and it could completely wipeout any business I had.

This could potentially provide me a big passive income. Losing control might not happen however it's still a risk and I know it's not ideal in any sense.

Is it worth using my time taking the risk and carrying it through, Or would you reccommend I go back to the drawing board.

All advice & opinions are very much appreciated.
