Ditching Mountain Dew is the single best thing I could do for my health. I typically drink well in excess of 2 liters a day.

But I drank my last 'Dew in February. I'm on my sixth day without it, and my first day without withdrawal symptoms and I'm feelin' pretty good.

Once I've got this month nailed down, the next step is adding in some decent exercise.
