As someone that works as 9-5, and goes home and works more/harder over the weekend. This is how I feel on Fridays... And even worse on Mondays, people are slow and sluggish because they had a "break".
I noticed that during my work day I'm much more productive than my peers because I have a self-created ultimatum and a goal to achieve. On Mondays, I'm already moving full speed because I've been pushing 110% over the weekend and then during the week it slows down a bit but i put a system in so I remain consistent.
The more time goes along, the more i noticed how unhappy and sluggish people are in the workplace. They really don't want to be there, whereas I don't mind because right now this job is supporting my ideas and gives me a little money to invest in my family and business ventures. I don't see Friday as the end of my work week nor Mondays as a start, because for me... it doesnt end or start, it just keeps going!
