I'm not a fan of Obama, but i'm not out to put him down either.

Having said that, I heard a sound bite yesterday of him saying (paraphrased) "Now is not the time for profits, there will be a time for profits, but now is not that time."

That was all I heard, and hearing only that can make one quite irate.

Is anyone aware of the context of this remark? I'd like to hear the whole thing.
