So I just got dissed by MJ!
LOL somehow I feel honored. I thought I introduced myself before but I guess I didn't so I'll try to create myself an introduction, like MJ suggested.
I stumbled across The Millionaire Fastlane almost 2 years ago. And I tell you it's one of my top books, if not THE top book, on my favorites list.
I've bought it a total of 3 times actually considering I gave it away to two of my friends.
I just recently quit my job and have begun working on my new business venture I had been working on the side for the past year.
I don't want to plug it in right now for fear I'll get lynched again.
But before I started working at my last job I was self employed, or should I say, had a job disguised as a business. I did IT work such as computer repair, consultation and systems administration for small businesses. I made ok money but I was completely stressed to the max.
Despite my best efforts, my income was still tied to my time. I was making good money but I had no time. And I value my freedom more than I value my money. After I read The Millionaire Fastlane I quickly learned why my business would never lead me to the goal I intended to reach. I was violating the commandment of time and scale. Since discovering that I’ve begun studying that book like a Mormon studies the bible!
So as of March 2013 I've been on my own again and I had my blizzard on the side of the road moment recently as well, MJ. So I do intend to contribute more to this forum considering you been an inspiring figure for me, and I'm sure for many on this forum as well.
