Hello all,
First of all I´m creating an info product.
I´ve read Ready, Fire, Aim!, which emphasiszes developing a product, and then putting most of the effort in marketing in, until you have 1million in Revenue(Which is the first Stage of Business Development).
So does that mean you should stay with One Product always and develop it?
Just as I´m writing this, a Product can also be a Website, that have Multiple Products?
I have one Product finished, but I don´t think I can build a Brand with only that and my website basically just focuses on that one Product. I´m thinking of expanding into multiple Products, which would give Customers more Value, and which would help boraden the Customer Base.
What do you think. Focus on One Product or expand Product Selections as fast as possible? I really like the idea of hiring more people to create info products, which will bring the brand to life.
