I had to recently back out of a house because I couldn't secure funds in time. The deal was good, but the three hard money lenders I talked to did not have the funds available at the time. I just do not know that many hard money lenders. There are larger national firms online with slightly less favorable rates that I am looking into for either a hard money loan or a business LOC.
Does anyone have any recommendations on how I can pre-qualify the lender to reputable?
If I have a LOC that will cover the purchase price of a property, will I be able to substitute that for a lender letter?
