I have had it with Oodle, while I understand you get what you pay for in free advertising, this is just complete garbage.
I posted about my experience here: Oodle = Terrible Customer Service!
However, if you don't want to read my long rant, the gist is their customer service looks like something from the Four Hour Work Week - an automated response and no way to get to a real person. Something I'd understand for giants like Amazon or eBay or even Craigslist(but only because they're not-for-profit), but for a supposedly growing company that has now taken over Facebook Marketplace this is completely unacceptable!
While I am diligently working on solving another major problem most of us have(posted about it on the Speedway due to non-compete concerns), I hope that someone will take this as a reminder that there is a need for a new free advertising marketplace with customer service that SUCS(Superior Unexpected Customer Service, for those who haven't yet read the book) because theirs is quite the opposite.
