I am living in a city with a population of roughly 40k and another 50k local people living across the region. At the moment we have no entertainment whatsoever, therefore younger folks tend to seek pleasure and entertainment by consuming large amounts of alcohol, smoking weed and doing other stupid things like that.
We have some amazing vacant units located in the city centre that could be used as an entertainment centre. I've done a good bit of a research and local population is starving for an entertainment centre.
I am thinking of doing a thorough research, maybe starting some kind of online petition to collect votes of people who are interested in this project, etc. Also, I would research potential revenue, expenses, etc.
My end goal would be to grab investor's attention by showing that there's a great investment opportunity - an investment that might generate a steady flow of income and benefit local community at the same time.
What do you guys think? It's just a rough idea that's currently sitting in my head.
