I am currently writing up Operation Springboard which I hope to implement as early as next week but maybe in 2 weeks. In order to implement this I am seeking Managers who would like to partner with me on certain areas of my business.
Right now I am focused in one niche with a model I have found to work fairly well. It is time for my business to "springboard" into other niches duplicating my current model. I am looking for Managers to oversee the day to day operations in a given niche, and in return receive a 40% share of the revenue generated from your division. I would do 50% but I have to pay for all the costs associated with running the server etc.
If you are interested please let me know. You should be good with people, able to email your group and motivate bloggers, provide suggestions for them etc. Need to know Wordpress and how it works. Recruiting by networking is important as the more people you recruit the more you will earn.
