As the Property Cycle shifts, we too are shifting - in our business approach. After building our own, personal, portfolios over the past three years, we are now re-inventing our company to help make the Jacksonville product available to outside investors/buyers.
Exposure & Marketing are key components in our plan - a portion of this effort consists of networking with other REIA organizations - particularly in markets where cash-flowing product is difficult to come by.
A memeber of our team, who has spoken for years, internationally, about real estate investing will be giving an educational presentation at the Miami, FL REIA meeting on August 26th (tues). The presentation is titled - 'Justified Hope: Secrets to Understanding the Property Cylces'.
We will discuss a few different approaches of how to take advantage/start building wealth in the current economy.
