Im writing this late and im not sure if i'm going to use this so i'll keep it simple. Apparently writing this shit out on dry erase boards isnt enough to keep on track.
Some backstory: 20 years old currently, bilateral amputee since birth, no dad, don't talk to mom, poor family, everyone 9-5, struggled with depression in the past, yada yada.
Some present context: I'm an extremely happy person that doesn't need much to remain content but obviously have large ambitions. Oscars a killer so now I'm steppin in
*Also I think half of my earlier drive of getting into this type of lifestyle came from not being able to stand long enough to work normal jobs. Just makes me laugh that that's how I ended up in this. Just need to make it happen so my family stops thinking I'm dumb and falling behind friends with normal jobs etc
Goals:
create some small type of company for some location independent income
dabbled into a maid company, didn't like it. taking a different route, working more on it tomorrow.
get into some sort of real estate
no real plan or leads on this yet, but I know it's something that is useful and can generate passive income
write a helpful book
something i think i really have some ground on, considering my life situation is arguably shit but I'm definitely among the genuinely happiest and most ambitious people I know, not bragging or anything but yeah. Point of the book is to help guide other people into my mindset overcoming struggles physically, financially, mentally, and in family. I've started working on this.
get involved in media (could be vlogs, funny videos, vine, etc. more on this later, potential agency deal)
hopefully getting involved with local agency, unsure as of yet. waiting for them to get done traveling to discuss. they've been bringing me up in meetings for over a month now so i wrote a pitch and had an employee email it to the higher ups.
been making comedic vines, but got sick and had a physically disability step in at the same time (a physical disability that is worse than missing both feet believe it or not) so I havent made one for a week or two, do plan on making more, and less excuses.
Also, I really, REALLY need to post more on facebook to build a stronger support system. I post here and there and get a ton of support, but its like 1-3 times a month.
I've acted in two films and a PBS TV show so far, I frequently look for more acting opportunities but considering I can't really move in a natural way I feel like my best way to get any opportunities is to really put myself out there. Hence the vines and youtube/vlogs aspirations.
met steve-o in person, asked him if i could shoot some youtube stuff with him, got him to say yes if it turns out to be possible due to time restrictions, and got his partners number. so that's something im hoping to do something with in the future. he didnt end up being able to work with me, but that meant SHIT ton to me as he is one of my earlier inspirations and still is a large role model for me, even though that's probably a bad thing LOL.
start public speaking
thinking after i work on my book a bit more i could turn it into a talk outline and start at high schools and move to community colleges. depends on how far i am in life where i will go after that. would be awesome to have a big completed so I could promote it and use it as an excuse to get into places
So there you have it. Rough, rough, ROUGH goal outlines. each one can expand into much more. Like say a fulltime youtube channel, a real estate company of my own, coaching classes, etc.
Also, as a note, the way I write might seem like I don't care. But I'm extremely serious about making a difference in peoples lives and continuing to lead but on a larger scale. Thank you for reading.
