I am stoked to be on this forum. I had recently finished all 3 of MJ DeMarco’s books and all I got to say, I wish I had read these earlier.
A little about myself: I am a W2 petroleum engineer working in energy finance. My specialty is reserve evaluations and I evaluate oil and gas reserves for the banks clients and prospects. I also got my MBA with a concentration in finance, trying to go for upward mobility in corporate. Part-time, I am a realtor in TX and to date I have done $7 million in home sales since I started 2.5 years ago. And recently became a MLO with Westcap lending, 2nd best loan company in the nation! Let me know how I can help! Licensed in TX and WA for now.
I also have 5 doors essentially and an airbnb superhost! Househacking as well. I’ve been doing everything myself except the cleaning and trying to figure out the best path forward.
I’m also in the process of creating a website and app that will target home affordability, called hometradez. So stay tuned! This will align with everything that MJ DeMarco had mentioned in his books. Wireframing done and fundraise now so stay tuned!
