Hi i am trying to find out the benefits of a CRM for a small business. Customer Relationship Management.
I have leads from my website going into my current platform backend... i can email these leads myself, track if they purchase or not, continue to try to get the initial close, or try to upsell ones who have actually purchased.
I can print these leads out for any salesmen that will actually call them.
What can a CRM do for me at this current point?
I either make the close through the internet sales funnel and leads that are not closed passed a specific time period via online are printed out and passed on to a salesman.
I can track salesmen's progress easily because any credit card taken in has a salesmen's name next to it in the system.
This is not a sophisticated process but im new and i feel safe right now with this setup.
Can a CRM benefit me or make things more complicated. I do not see too many flaws in the current set up right now...
