Hi,
I have relocated from Europe to Vietnam to develop my business.
Family friend who is responsible for a developing hotel resort, has a problem to finish the project because the bank does not want to finance the last 15M$ which is for the furniture and equipment of the 2000 rooms. The bank is willing to provide only 8.5M$. Total worth is 55M$. The buildings and everything else is finished. He said if he will not find money, he will sell the resort. How crazy is it for me to find the money given the fact that this is completely out of my expertise?
