Don't Yell!.... Yes I have done a ton of research and watched hours of YouTube videos on setup. Yes, the setup and services used with vary. I understand. This is not a troll post.

Simply put when it comes to tech and videos for social media, I am at the 4th grader level. However, I have had good success with ticktock as it has editing tools that are easy to use. The videos and podcasts I now wish to create be longer in length (8-30min) and be deep into subject matter, so a more professional product is needed. It seems that recording a podcast with video creates the opportunity to reach thousands of people, create shorts and reels further reaching new audiences. My goal is to provide update to current investors and partners, give current market trends, helpful products and services to others looking to invest, incites with future predictions of the market, and attract potential investors/partners to join us,.

Would really appreciate any product and service suggestions you have based on your experience. For example: Camera to use, mic to use (shogun vs mic), background setup, video editing product, video editing service.....and ect. Anything product or service that can take control editing video would be super helpful.

Background: I invest in Mobile Home Parks and other forms of Commercial Real Estate. We also own manufactured home dealership and lend on purchase of our homes to our customers. We are in the process of shifting our lending company into a full fledge national chattel lender for manufactured homes in the US. The videos and recording will take place in my dining room that will be completely transformed solely for the use of these recordings.
