Ok, bear in mind I just came up with this in the shower but just a thought 
What if instead of, or prior to releasing your new book you do a speaking/seminar tour around the country.
Ex., lets say you do a 2 day 16hr program that had a similar schedule to as follows:
-Friday night: meet and greet at a bar. No information passed along but Slowlaners get to meet each other and yourself
-Saturday: 8 hour seminar at hotel
-Sunday: 8 hour seminar hotel
-You charge ~$399 for the course (a certain person with 2 dads has a similar course for $495)
(Not sure on price point here. A typical in-state college course over 16 weeks is ~31/hr and this is ~25/hr. Possible selling point?)
-Lets say ~300 people attend that would give you a revenue of $119,700 for the weekend
-Costs are obviously renting out the hotel room (maybe do online so this isn't a factor), your travel, and your time.
Blind spots:
-I have no idea how much your first book profited so don't know if this is more profitable or less/hr spent.
-After book release/initial interviews it is purely passive while this will cost you 2 days of your time each session.
-I'm not sure what it costs to rent out a 300+ person capacity hotel room for 2 days
-I know from TMF you believe a lot of these are "scams" so ethically you would have to justify you are providing a valuable service.
Scaling:
-Maybe you want to go on a 2 month vacation around Europe/etc and you can spend a couple of the weekends doing this.
Once again, this is just an idea I wanted to pass along. Haven't looked into this in depth as i'd rather spend the rest of my day working on my own Fastlane rather than calling hotels and getting quotes, etc etc. 😀
