We are in the process of launching product in baby niche and have difficult time ensuring that we put all required 'labels' (warning labels, usage directions, etc) on the packaging to make it CPSC(Consumer Product Safety Commission) complaint and in the case if possible law suits to be 100% protected.
When we contacted insurance company they told that we have to put 'small parts warning sign' required by CPSC.
However when we contacted CPSC directly, they said that this product is exempt from this requirement.
Ideally we'd like to have professional tell exactly what needed. We have the business layer, but they are mostly experiences in regular business related stuff.
What's the best way to do it?
