Progress on starting a business

Today I read through some of Icecreamkids "Astonishing" Secrets thread and a brilliant Idea hit me. I looked into the market and saw that while there was a fair amount of competition there was a big vacancy for a well marketed product. So far I have:

Had a look at the market - More depth is needed here and i need to actually contact people involved in the industry and everyday people.
Contacted some suppliers to see about having an exclusive product made.

I plan to get some more things done this evening. I plan to sell online.
