Protecting Your Online Brand And Intellectual Property

Many of us here on the forum are in business building and brand building mode. While I am not an attorney, I have been able to help a few friends with protection of their intellectual assets. A recent incident had me researching brand preservation, and I came across this white paper which I thought was worth sharing. Even if you don't face any competitive infringement issues, this paper is worth bookmarking and/or saving as a .pdf for later recall. At some point in the life of your brand, you will face infringement of some sort. It's relatively easy to remedy if you understand the basic premise of intellectual assets, and I thought this paper covered basic strategy pretty well.
