Question about trademarks and a word I want to use in company name

Hi,
I want to build a brand in a specific niche for women and want to use the word 'rawkstar' as part of the brand name. There are 2 other words in the name along with rawkstar. I know a lot of people use that word and you might wonder why I want to use it, but I have a whole story behind the entire name and how it relates to the business. Anyhow, am I able to use this word in my name if I plan on branding it? I looked at the trademarks website and there are two uses of the word that have a live status and two that are dead. I am confused as to what that all means though. Am I allowed to use it if there are other words to the name along with that one? Or is it not allowed to be used as a standalone word? Can anyone give me some insight into name trademarks? Thank you!
