Hey FL Forum,
I am going to start a company.. However I am confused with something. I have a distinct name and domain name purchased. Before I began this hunt for a name, I did not think it was such a big deal, but wow, to find a domain name and see that it isn't located in TESS (USPTO database). Now, I have those two locked down, and it seems like a straightforward answers. I haven't even found a contractor yet for my product. So with that said, I have a limited amount of money in order to produce a good amount of quality products for my first production run.. I have to still file for an LLC, so I am wondering if I should file for the trademark application ,(325) or file an intent use while I figure stuff out with manufacturers? I would like someone who's been through the process to give some advice, being that I am bootstrapping everything for the first few days of the company?
