Hi everyone,
I am from central Mass and currently own and operate a cleaning and floor care business. I was actually introduced to MJ's book on one of the carpet cleaning forums I read regularly.
Anyway, I'm only half way through the book so far, but it has already blown open my thinking. I've always considered myself "unemployable". Cubicles make my skin crawl. I don't always play nice with others and never saw how doing something you hate for 5 days so you could enjoy 2 days, made any sense. However, my problem has always been trading time for dollars. While my current business is growing, it is also putting more demands on my time.
What I hope to gain here and through finishing the book is to learn how to set up and scale my current business so it generates revenue without me and hopefully turn it into an asset that can be sold at some point.
Or do I discover my quickest road to wealth and freedom are in a new industry.
Anyway, I've got a lot of reading to do and looking forward to contributing.
