Okay. Hear me out-- Getting simple feedback from my audience is like pulling teeth from a bear.
Now, let me say this- I've made every effort to engage through the form of educational content, giveaways and follow ups.
My TA is Women from the ages of 35-65, and they're extremely engaged with my social media ads. My business model is universally loved; they sign up to my email list and then it's as if the cat snatched their tongue.
Leads aside, even customers seem to suffer from this. A recent customer had an issue with her form page, I swiftly solved her issue and got her back on track. To ensure she's satisfied, I followed up. She opened the email and never responded.
Another customer received her product. As I offer a money-back guarantee, I sent her an email two days after delivery, asking her if she was satisfied. And... opened. Again. The thing is, I need these testimonials (good or bad).
It's getting extremely frustrating. It's one thing to support a small business by purchasing, but at least give us something to work with-- especially if you're a customer.
I can't see any other meaningful way to address this. It's as if my target audience resides in a ghost town, found somewhere in the Arizona Desert.
At this point, I have no tangible feedback to work with. And my audience really isn't working with me, despite my greatest efforts.
So yeah, this post was more of a ranting nature. But if anybody has had a similar experience, I'd love to hear how you figured it out.
