Hi everyone,
I never really introduced myself properly here (My mistake
)
I arrived here in May 2023, Let's give my story ->
From where I should begin, let's divide it into school, college, job, unemployment
I was born in Odisha, India, in a small town,
I have done my schooling in a government-funded school
I was average in everything, yes, that's it. 12 years gone
(context - I was raised in a toxic environment coz- my father failed his first business, took many loans and due to his irresponsibility
and dishonesty my mom had to pay the loans and money to lenders, I was raised in a scarcity-minded environment and was taught job is safe, and business is a risk )
Mindset - Due to the lack of a father figure and my mom working a 9-5 govt-job there was no one to guide me I never cared about anything whatever happens is fine
COLLEGE - As a chain-reaction of absent-minded student, I didn't get any decent scores for a good college, I got enrolled in a private university in computer science by
parents money
I did well in college and got a decent score during that time I found my first love, it had a huge impact on me, I was more responsible, and I had a reason to succeed
4 years gone
JOB:
I got a job in tech which was paying more than 70% of my peers things were going great, I had the job, I had a beautiful girl on my side I was the king of my own
small world, then it happened My manager was a toxic person (old school) dominating everyone and everyone saying YES YOU ARE RIGHT, guess what
I went through hell, that guy sucked my life force out of me at that time, I was planning to marry my first love, so I stuck to the job, and the job expected to me work from the
office and my gf was in another location, I was always stressed and, irritated then it happened a bad breakup, and she chose a guy whose daddy owned a local industry I still remember she said that he paid more money for her
birthday that I can't pay with my full salary Ouch but true I still stayed in the job thinking about that was I should do thankfully to distract myself from the breakup I started reading books
Fastlane Millionaire happened when I was in my first year of the job I worked on an idea and started making a prototype I gathered some friends but they all refused after some days truth was
I lacked the spine to go for it properly
What else happened was extreme stress on the job I was working from 9:00 am to 12:00 am I was working daytime on projects and nighttime in meetings with US Clients
which used to get stretched from 10:00 am to 2:00 am too, developed insomnia, obesity, and finally, my mind said enough is enough I said I quit It was a time when layoffs were
going on, I lied that I would get another job in 3 months mom, deep down I didn't want to go back to it people were fakers with fake smiles, and laughs, all the time smoking and drinking
keeping themselves numb
2 yrs 3 months
Unemployment :
My folks are worried, and my friends are showing pitty But down I was the happiest person on earth, went to the gym got in decent safe (not the rock-hard abs but decent)
ate clean life returned to my body but my soul was in an unstable state I bought the 2nd and 3rd books of MJ, the unscripted and great Rat Race, I was an action faker
for the next 8 months, I read countless books in period one book until I finished at most 3 days searching for safe and perfectly plated success at my dining table
But It had benefits My limiting beliefs started vapourising, MJ's books and other books in the great-little-known books section
emotionally and mentally, I am stronger than ever I have great self-awareness.
Today was the day a few days ago, as you can see from my posts, I started making a data analytics mega course cause in the last 2 years I knew data engineering
which was created with the intention of selling it you know, X sells at Y price in Z time I made a cheap goal of reaching an amount so that I will gain the monthly salary haha
due to a good amount of self-awareness, I realized I was discounting myself and unwilling to put in hard work for BIG Rewards that are at the end of BIGGER GOALS
Fastlane is not about cheap goals or freelancing, but it is about a life of abundance that you want to wake up to! It is a F*ck you to mediocre life
I started looking and found @Ravens_Shadow posts Thanks man I look up to you and the life you created and MJ's efficient systems post too woke me up.
Fastlane is about creating companies that bring massive revenue; it's about leverage, the unlimited!
I came back to books and printednted out papers on goal setting framework the 1/5/10 I am again at the starting point
Take no pity on me I made the choices I chose this life that I have lived up to and I have chosen the path of entrepreneurship
We all have the freedom to make our own choices in life
