I noticed that young people in my industry or related field who have grown their businesses in less than 3 years have developed a customer base like those in the business for 15 years or more WITHOUT EXCEPTION, have created such a system for themselves.
My good friend's younger brother who recently started working as a real estate agent was busy bringing customers to view rental flats every day.
I asked him how he found his customers, he said he paid zero cents in advertising. Advertising is not worth it as rental market commission margins is quite thin to begin with.
He got to know a few foreign students who will introduce customers to him. Foreign students without a doubt when they arrived need to look for rental flats. Once the deal is done he splits his rental commission with the introducers.
