I've lurked a L-O-T but always felt too inferior to sign up ... we've all got to start somewhere though, right?!
I don't have much of a story or much wisdom to share with you all yet but I am in the process of changing that.
So to rewind, the Google zoo left me for dead!
I relied heavily on SEO for affiliate marketing, and by heavily I mean completely! I was under no illusion that it wasn't the best course of action but being kicked out of the top SERPs is something that happens to other people not me.
Wait, what?!! I'm not special and I don't have immunity?
I learned the hard way not to rely on SEO!!
It was always something I said I would get round to changing but when things are chugging along nicely it just doesn't seem like a priority at the time.
So yeah, that was some time ago now. Those Google animals sure took it out of me. I got really depressed after that and didn't have a clue what to do next. I'm really angry that I allowed it to get me in such a state and it had a knock on effect in all areas of my life

I've got a lot of mindset issues to sort and will be delving into the ICK monster thread asap. I've read the TMF and I've purchased The Miracle Morning.
I have an idea I'm currently validating via forum discussions with the target market. I hope to share some good news with that soon but if not, its onwards march to the next idea.
I've had enough of wallowing in self pity, it's time to *gie it laldy!
* laldy - is a Scottish word most commonly seen in the expression to "Gie it laldy".
To give something laldy means to put in 100% effort, pull out all the stops, and do so with great enthusiasm or gusto.
