1. A set of apartments with the concept most people enjoy(open concept,lots of natural light,high ceilings,lots of storage,big master,medium rooms,large kitchen),so it will be a branded real estate concept people will know that is neutral and caters to a broad liking of taste?
2.a hotel chain that is geared more towards serenity,privacy to getaway,with lots of amenities and services so that the guest are taken care of never having to lift a finger.unlike those huge hotels that are for partying and families,this is a private getaway to escape from everyone.
What do you all think of these two real estate ideas and do you see how to improve and differentiate them from the crowd?
