I work for a construction company who develops mostly new residential flats in Spain. During the boom era we built more than 4000 units. now we have about 200 apartments left to sell, some industrial warehouses, and many land plots. Currently it is very hard to sell those properties, but on the other hand, I feel that prices are at the lowest level - looks like a buying opportunity to me (I am not the owner, just an employee). How can I turn this situation around from "crisis" to fastlane business? Or maybe we should all wait a little longer before buying real estate again, particularly in Europe?
