Good afternoon Fast Lane

I have recently become interested in flipping houses. I am new and have no "skin in the game", I am reaching out in search of a mentor that does. If there is anyone out there who can help me I would greatly appreciate it. I need a Father or a Mother in this industry to properly instruct me on how to maneuver in this Fast Lane opportunity.
