I'll be terse:
Between 2004-2009 I've probably read about 300 books on real estate, creative financing, NOO, land deals, but I was too busy making my money with that thing called the Internet to ever decide to actually do a real estate deal. I was even attending local REIA meetings and mapping out the deal flow for what I'm finally about to do.
Long story short: I'm older, antsy, and dead set on getting at least one deal under my belt this year.
I want to either wholesale a deal (I've heard countless people talk about doing it, but never knew anyone personally that has), use transactional funding to simul-close (I need to check about seasoning in the state of FL), or use Hard Money to get in on an amazing deal for a quick fix and flip. If there are other ways of doing it I'll be more than interested in hearing them.
In return for a little mentoring and maintaining this relationship I can pretty much show you exactly how to make money through the affiliate marketing / seo / ppc space. I've seen, done, and have been successful with most of it.
Heck, I was making money full-time online back when it was still called e-marketing.
Anywho, let me know if you're interested. My ears are open.
P.S. I think it's fair to ask that whomever I'll be dealing with is equally if not more experienced in REI as I am in the Internet space.
P.P.S. If it matters I'm in South Florida, where the residential market is like Mad Max and even waiters have agent licenses.
