Came accross this website about a kit for forming an LLC. I know there are several out there, but it appears you can go with the kit and submit the paperwork according the steps or they will prepare and it for $199.00 flat rate. Any comments or recommendations? Since we have three LLCs that need to get established, you can imagine how much money is going to be blown through from a legal office which is going to cut into money needed for other things to push these forward. Thanks... Steven
