I am forming an LLC in Nevada, which means I have to hire a registered agent. For those of you who have had to hire a R.A, is there anything in particular that I should look out for?

For example, there are commercial registered agents (companies that handle numerous businesses) and singular R.As' (Accountants / Lawyers ). Anybody notice any pros or cons when comparing the two? The price ranges from $90 to $200 I believe. Is this one of those things where you get what you pay for-- or is the service rendered the same no matter how much or how little you pay?

Any advice you guys have would be appreciated-- tomorrow I will be choosing one.
