Hello everyone,
It is my intentions in late september to relocate to an American city to better facilitate my fastlane projects.
From my perspective, everything in America is bigger, better, faster and with a larger audience base.
I was successful recently this year with a passive revenue stream from importing products and selling them online.
95% of my customers were from USA, I was shipping from Toronto... My margins would have thickened significantly and with better customer service if I had USPS at my disposal. Cost of import was higher, fedex was more expensive and customers hated the wait times.
Furthermore, my current fastlane project is well underway. A lifestyle brand, making products that appeal to a huge audience. Access to American factories and materials will make prototyping and outsourcing work SO much more easy.
Can any of you recommend cities and states with great amenities such as large industry, ports, factories?
I want to get closer to my product, and I want to oversee quality control, no more over a webcam BS. I need control.
