Most of us here love the idea of residual income. I see it every day in many of the other sections of this forum. From E-book authors trying to build a series of titles to the real estate investor building a residual income on rental units. You have it right. These are the best assets to build. They pay you over and over again. Another great way to build residual income is with dividend investing. However make sure to buy your security on an up-trend because a down-trend could potentially wipe out your dividend profits.
Brick and mortar residuals- Some would refer to this as absentee ownership. But I believe some business models such as car washes and coin operated dry cleaners could potentially allow its owner to run at 90 percent hands off. You will need the right manager but its possible.
