As I am sure some of you have seen in the news this morning. Jack Welch has died.
If you haven't checked out his books, particularly "Winning" I encourage you to do so. The radical candor he promoted in Winning was a "Winning" formula for me in my life. A HUGE help with my leadership and my personal relationships. Through that book, Jack helped me step into a leadership role at an almost inappropriately young age. I was able to be taken seriously in many ways because of what I learned from Jack.
A man of great leadership wisdom. RIP Jack Welch.
