Lets say I owned itunesreview.com ( I do not, I do not even know if this is a site just and example I picked at random), and I proceeded to write a post Stop Wasting Your Money on Itunes, Apple is Ripping You Off! In the post, I lay out a strong case for my title.

Can I get nailed for trademark infringement in this case?

Just to be clear, my idea does not involve Apple, but it is a negative review blog to garner some contreversy to launch another blog.
